Here's What We Offer
Buyer Inspections
When purchasing a home, it's important to have it inspected by a trained professional. This is what we are here for! Sure, everyone knows a thing or two about a thing or two, but a good inspector knows what problems to look for. Our inspection covers the entire home and follows the InterNACHI (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors) standards of practice.
Sewer Line Camera Scope
Repairing or replacing a sewer line can be expensive. With average prices ranging anywhere from $1000 to $10,000 or more, it's a good idea to let us inspect your main drain. A clogged sewer line can back up into a basement causing water damage and is a health hazard. Finding issues early on can save a lot of money in repairs and in air fresheners!
Radon Testing
Radon is a naturally occurring gas that can cause lung cancer. In fact, it is the leading cause of lung cancer among non-smokers in the United States. This gas comes from the break down of radioactive elements in soil and rocks. We recommend testing your home's indoor radon levels to make sure they're not dangerously high, because cancer sucks!
Home Maintenance Inspections
This service is for home owners who are not buying or selling their home. It is essentially a checkup inspection where we will make sure there are no new problems and maintenance is being done correctly. This can be a whole home inspection or a condensed version where we look at certain things that are of concern.
